Return policy

  1. The return request must be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the order . The customer must notify us by sending a message to @ honnete.collection or by email to info@honnetecollection.com . .

  2. The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and accessories. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being rejected.

  3. The customer is responsible for shipping the product using the courier company of their choice, as well as any associated costs (shipping, customs, and taxes), unless Honnête makes a mistake. The package must include the customer's first and last name and order number. It is recommended to use a service with a tracking number.

  4. The return must be sent within 7 days of confirmation of the shipping address. After this time, the package will be returned to the customer.

  5. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

  6. If the package does not arrive at Honnête's offices, no refund will be issued. Any incident must be reported to info@honnetecollection.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
