SHIPMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Confirmation and follow-up

Once the purchase is complete, a confirmation email will be sent. Once the order is being prepared, another email will be sent with the tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time.

Delivery times

All orders are delivered within a maximum of 14 days . If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, depending on your country, please wait an additional 24 hours. If it hasn't arrived yet, please contact info@honnetecollection.com with your order number so we can arrange a solution.

Responsibility for management

Honnête is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery when the address entered by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled by writing to info@honnetecollection.com , provided the package has not been prepared or assigned to the courier.
In that case, the full amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, it will not be possible to cancel it.
For returns after delivery, please refer to the Return Policy.


SHIPPING COSTS

Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands)

  • Standard (48-72h): €3.90 | Free on orders over €250
  • Express (24h): €8.75

EXCEPTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

Honnête reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons beyond its control (availability, logistical restrictions, etc.). In these cases, the customer will be notified within a maximum of 48 business hours and a refund will be issued, adjusted according to the specific conditions of the order.
